About Rosecourt Furniture

Meet Len Iisak, Geoff Davis, Deborah Lloyd and Paul Chambers.

These four people are the heart and soul of 'Rosecourt Furniture'; manufacturers and retailers of Kitchen Bedroom and Home Office furniture, and I was delighted to be given the opportunity to talk to them about their business.

Hindley Green born and bred Len, and co-owner Paul have worked together since they were teenagers. Between them they have over 70 years of experience in the manufacture and sale of furniture. When added to the decades that Geoff and Deborah have been in this line of business, you are looking at over 100 years of relevant experience.

When you mix that kind of experience with the state of the art technology that Rosecourt have at their disposal you can be sure of one thing; Quality. So much so that these guys don’t just make their own furniture, they also manufacture for other retailers and tradesmen throughout the North West.

But there’s more to this group of people than experience. Rarely have I met a team of professionals that are so passionate about not only meeting customers’ expectations, but exceeding them.

Deborah stressed the company’s commitment to excellent customer service. "In the past, I have worked for companies that have let customers down by not keeping their promises. At Rosecourt, we go the extra mile to make sure that this does not happen."

Customers too are happy to vouch for the quality and service that 'Rosecourt' provide. Mr D, an architect from Manchester, was "... bowled over with the quality" and "... didn’t realise I was getting so much for my money."

Perhaps the most impressive, and humble, aspect of the team at Rosecourt Furniture is their refusal to acknowledge that the level of quality and service they provide is truly exceptional. They are not in the game of comparing themselves with other manufacturers and retailers; instead they concentrate on meeting the very high standards they set themselves to the point that what others see as "exceptional", they see as "standard".

The ‘Rosecourt’ team know and appreciate that buying fitted furniture can be a stressful experience and they see it as their job to take that stress away. From the initial survey and design through to the installation of the finished product and the after sale service, you can expect a friendly and professional quality of service that will leave you feeling both appreciated and valued.

The first thing offered to me when I walked through their door was a cup of tea and a tour of the

workshop and that invitation is open to everybody. So if you're thinking of having furniture fitted, why not give them a call and see for yourself what a professional outfit they are.
